Cardiovascular: A walking track on the street level floor is available for use (13 laps=1 mile). Cardio machines are also available just off the walking track.
Weight Rooms: There are two weight rooms available to people 16 and over. They are located on the bottom floor. One room is primarily Free Weights and the other (located behind the stage) has primarily Weight Machines.
Sports: The Gym Floor is the size of a regulation basketball court. There are four goals available. The court is also set up (lines and post holes) to play volleyball. A Racquetball Court is available for use, as well. Reservations are required for the Racquetball court (they must be made in person).
Pick-up Basketball: Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon at 12:00 pm folks from around the community come for exercise and fellowship. All are welcome to participate, regardless of talent. Games are managed on court by the participants.
